I went through the AirBnb rental data to see how the owner could offer a great customer experience to their customers and increase their revenue.
As a House Owner , i would like to improve my revenue and also need to give a better User experience for my Guest. To do that , i started look in to the historical data like reviews, rating and needs of the Guest and the best time in the year , when the demand will be more for the House.

The communication is another main factor which will help the Guest to feel good and they don’t want to waste their time for explanation
